My decision to go with Angel, Luis, and their team for our initial central AC installation has been very rewarding. They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteously answered my many questions BEFORE I made my decision to choose Southwest. They also presented options in their proposal along with their recommendations. The installation team was very courteous and left work areas clean. I especially liked how Southwest was able to coordinate and handle almost all aspects of this challenging installation "in house".

Our AC evaporator coil had a leak so Julio and his team came out to check it out. They were very friendly and professional and Julio took the time to explain the situation and our options. We set up a service date when they came for the repairs they were punctual, professional, and explained the process every step of the way. They even took care of the mold damage that developed from the leak, making the unit and the closet its in both look as good as new. Overall, Southwest went above and beyond in their service and I would not hesitate to call them again whenever we have HVAC needs in the future. I highly recommend them.. Thanks Southwest! Daniel B.

These guys are the best (by far) that i have had. They helped clean up the mess my other Air Conditioning contractors did and I now have a better and more reliable system.
